How to maintain the casters?

To avoid improper use or damage to the equipment. Users are responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of wheeled devices. If overloading is necessary, heavy objects should be placed gently on the vehicle.
High-speed driving on rough roads or heavy objects pressing on the wheels can cause damage to the wheels or the equipment.
Therefore, please regularly inspect the brackets and fasteners. Tighten loose shafts and nuts and check for any damage to welds or support plates. Overloading or impact can cause the brackets to deform. Deformed brackets cause heavy loads to tilt and press on individual wheels, resulting in premature damage to the wheels. For plug-type wheels, tighten the nuts or firmly rivet them in place and ensure that the equipment device bracket is not bent and the plug is installed correctly. When assembling casters, use locking nuts or anti-loosening washers. The installation of expansion plug-type casters should ensure that the plug is firmly installed in the sleeve.
Lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil, and the wheels and moving bearings can be used for a long time. Apply lubricating oil to the shafts, sealing rings, and friction parts of the ball bearing to reduce friction and make the rotation more flexible. Under normal circumstances, lubricating oil should be added once every six months. The wheels should be lubricated after the vehicle is cleaned each month. The wheels do not rotate smoothly may be related to fine red marks, ropes, and other debris. The anti-tangling cover can prevent the entanglement of these debris.
Casters should not be too loose or too tight either. Replace damaged casters in time to avoid unstable rotation. After checking and replacing the wheels, make sure to tighten the shafts with locking washers and nuts. Loose shafts can cause the frame to rub against the bracket and get stuck. Have spare wheels and bearings to avoid production losses.
Rotary steering: If the rotary steering is too loose, it must be replaced immediately. If the center rivets of the casters are fixed by nuts, ensure that they are firmly locked. If the rotary steering cannot rotate freely, check for corrosion or dirt at the ball joint. If there are fixed-type casters, ensure that the caster bracket is not bent.
