Cane Strength Testing Machine
XQ-560A Cane Strength Testing Machine
I. Overview of the Cane Strength Testing Machine:
This machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards such as GB/T19545.1/2/4 "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Single-Arm Assist Walking Sticks", and is applicable for fatigue tests of elbow crutches, armpit crutches, triangular feet or multi-legged walking sticks. This machine is controlled by a touch screen program, allowing for setting the number of tests, loading and holding time, and the loading frequency can be adjusted. Once the loading times are reached, it will automatically stop, enabling long-term operation without supervision. This machine is simple to operate, convenient to use, safe, stable, accurate and durable.
II. Design basis for the crutch strength testing machine:
1.According to the fatigue test requirements in GB/T 19545.1-2004, after fixing the elbow crutch, a vertical load is applied to the elbow crutch in accordance with the design standards. The loading frequency should not exceed 1 Hz, and after 200,000 loading cycles, the performance impacts of each part of the elbow crutch are observed.
2. Refer to the requirements of 6.4.7 in 19545.2-2009 for fatigue tests. After fixing the arm crutch, apply a vertical load to the arm crutch according to the design standards. The loading frequency should not exceed 1 Hz, and after 200,000 loading cycles, observe the impact on each performance of the arm crutch.
3. Refer to the requirements of 5.7 in 19545.4-2008 for fatigue tests. After fixing the triangular foot or multi-footed stick, apply a vertical load according to the design standards. The loading frequency should not exceed 1 Hz, and after 200,000 loading cycles, observe the impact on the performance of the sample.
III. Basic Functions of the Elderly Walking Stick Strength Testing Machine:
1.Fatigue test applicable to elbow crutches;
2. Fatigue test for the arm crutches;
3. Fatigue tests applicable to triangular or multi-legged canes;
4. Capable of conducting tests on samples of different sizes
