I. Application Scope of the Wheelchair Vehicle Slope Stability Testing Machine：
This testing machine is suitable for the static stability of electric and manual wheelchair vehicles, including longitudinal front-back inclination, lateral longitudinal rearward tilt, and various performance tests such as the sliding offset of the manual wheelchair vehicle. During the stability test, the test bench at one end rises, positioning the wheelchair vehicle in a horizontal state after adding the counterweight. By adjusting the handwheel or the electric control console, the inclined surface of the test bench rises to the test angle. The wheelchair vehicle can then slide according to the test requirements, making the test safer and more reliable. It can also be used for related stability test projects.

III. Operating Procedures for the Wheelchair Vehicle Slope Stability Testing Machine：
1. Hard Test Platform: A platform capable of accommodating a test wheelchair vehicle, with a flatness error of no more than 5 mm.
Note: Mark some lines parallel to and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the platform on the test platform, which will help position the wheelchair vehicle on the platform.
2. Adjustment Device: A device used to adjust the slope angle of the test platform.
Note: If the increase in the slope angle is continuous, when approaching the tipping angle, the increment of the slope angle should not be greater than 1°/s. If the increase in the slope angle is stepwise, each step should not be too large to avoid affecting the accuracy of the measured tipping angle.
3. Anti-Slip Device: A device used to prevent the wheelchair vehicle or anti-tipping device from rolling on the slope during the test, but without affecting the free rotation and tipping of the wheelchair vehicle around the corresponding axis.
4. Anti-Skid Device: A device used to prevent the wheelchair vehicle from sliding on the slope during the test, but without affecting the free rotation and tipping of the wheelchair vehicle around the contact point between the wheels and the test surface.
5. It is inappropriate to place stop blocks under the wheels at the lower end of the slope when braking them during the test, as this will change the tipping rotation point.
6. Limiting Tipping Degree Device: A device used to limit the inclination degree of the wheelchair vehicle on the test platform. This device does not affect the stability of the wheelchair vehicle, but only limits excessive tipping or deformation of the wheelchair vehicle.
7. Angle Measuring Device: A device used to measure the angle between the test platform and the horizontal plane, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.2°.
Preparation of the Test Wheelchair Vehicle
IV. Main Parameters of the Wheelchair Vehicle Slope Stability Testing Machine：
1. Adjust to the configuration specified by the manufacturer.
2. If the manufacturer does not have a specific requirement, adjust the wheelchair to its normal operating state, including installing handrails, leg supports, and foot supports and other accessories.
3. If the wheelchair has inflatable tires.
4. Inflate the tire pressure to the level provided by the wheelchair vehicle manufacturer.
5. If the wheelchair vehicle manufacturer does not provide an inflation pressure, inflate it to the value specified by the tire manufacturer.
6. Adjust the parking brake according to the manufacturer's instructions.
7. Remove all loose padding.
8. If there is a possibility of liquid leakage from the battery during the test, replace the battery with a counterweight block of the same mass and center of gravity.

VI. Precautions for the Wheelchair Slope Stability Testing Machine：
1.Before conducting the stability test of the wheelchair vehicle testing machine, please ensure that the brackets are not loose (such as with any loose screws). If any looseness is found, make sure to tighten them before the test.
2.During the test with the wheelchair vehicle stability testing machine, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to stand nearby.
3. Regular maintenance of mechanical transmission parts requires the addition of lubricating oil.
4. The stability test machine for wheelchairs must not be wiped with corrosive liquids. Instead, use rust preventive oil.
