V. Principle of Polyurethane Foot Wheel Testing Machine: 
1. First, install the castor wheels on the testing fixture.
2. Supply power to the machinery.
3. Turn on the main power supply, and the indicator light will light up.
4. Enter the intelligent touch screen and set the required test values.
5. According to the test requirements, adjust the weight of the test weights as needed.
6. Proceed to the test. 
VI. Testing Standards for Polyurethane Foot Wheel Testing Machine: 
The design basis is based on European and UL standards as well as the national standard GB/T. It uses a large rotating wheel as the driving wheel to drive the tested foot wheels. 
VII. Notes for Polyurethane Foot Wheel Testing Machine: 
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the three-phase power is properly plugged in or connected.
2. When installing the load (weights) and the casters, make sure that the bracket is not loose in any way (such as with loose screws). If any looseness is detected, tighten it before conducting the test.
3. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to get too close to it.
4. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly and lubricating oil must be added at regular intervals.
5. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off.
6. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used.
7. The polyurethane caster testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. The machine must not be knocked on or occupied by anyone.
8. The mechanical part of the polyurethane caster testing machine must be grounded.
