XQ-9572 Cardio Bike Fatigue Life Testing Machine
I. Purpose：
It is applicable to indoor and outdoor elliptical machines, indoor and outdoor stationary bikes, spinning bikes, etc. The testing machine not only meets the above standard tests, but also can be used for static and dynamic tests of various sports and fitness equipment. By changing the auxiliary fixtures, it can also test products that comply with other national standards. This expands the application scope of the machine. This testing machine is designed based on reference to EN957, ASTM F1250, etc. tests.
II. Characteristics：
1.Control method: Operated by a 7-inch intelligent touch screen.
2. Controller: It adopts programmable PLC + multiple pressure modules + multiple signal amplifiers + precise imported solenoid valves + controllable precision cylinders.
3. The entire machine has the functions of moving up, down, left and right, enabling the testing of products of different sizes and heights.
4. Test items: Reciprocating fatigue test, continuous cycle mode (load and duration can be set arbitrarily).
