III. Advantages of the Battery Cleaning Testing Machine：

IV. Working Principle of Battery Washing Test Machine：

Machine operation: The machine heats water temperature through the heating tube, heats the test environment through the heating tube and the fan, drives the stirring of the turntable through the servo motor, controls the lifting of the test bucket through the screw rod, pumps water through the water pump, and releases water through the solenoid valve. 
2. Control section: Controlled by PLC integration and touch screen, the entire test runs automatically. 
V. Precautions for Battery Washing Test Machine： 
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is properly plugged in or connected. 
2. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to get too close to it. 
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust-proof oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. The machine must not be knocked on or occupied by anyone. 
7. The machinery must be grounded.
