XQ-9013 Battery Low Pressure Test Machine 
I. Application scope of the battery low-pressure testing machine; 
The simulated batteries and battery packs should be stored for 6 hours under conditions where the pressure is equal to or lower than 11.6 kPa and the environmental temperature is (20 ± 5) ℃. If there is no leakage, no exhaust, no disintegration, no rupture and no fire in the batteries, and the open-circuit voltage of each experimental battery or battery pack after the test is not less than 90% of its voltage before the simulation test, then it is considered qualified. 
II. Main parameters of the battery low-pressure testing machine; 
1. Inner box material: SUS201# stainless steel, thickness 3mm; 
2. Outer box material: A3 cold-pressed board with lacquer finish, thickness 1.5mm; 
3. Pressure range: 0.5 - 100 Kpa. The commonly used test pressure is 11.6 Kpa. 
4. Inner box dimensions: Width 400mm x Height 400mm x Depth 400mm (Customizable as per requirements) 
5. Outer box dimensions: Width 550mm, Height 1200mm, Depth 550mm 
6. Material of the storage divider: Stainless steel; 
7. Vacuum level display: Digital vacuum gauge control, precisely displays vacuum level, and makes it easy to set the vacuum level; 
8. Timer: LED display, allowing for free setting within the range of 0 - 9999 hours (the time can be set in hours, minutes, or seconds). 
9. Pressure fluctuation: ≤ 5%; 
10. Power supply for the equipment: AC 380V, 50Hz, 2.2KW; 
11. During use, it is necessary to control the internal temperature of the laboratory to reach (20℃ ± 5℃) in order to meet the temperature requirements inside the test chamber.

IV. Operating Method of Battery Low Pressure Test Machine: 
1.First, connect the product properly and then power it on mechanically. 
2. After setting the required test KPA, place the product in the testing area. 
3. After the door is closed, press the start button and the test will be automatically completed by the machinery, with automatic pressure relief. 
4. According to the standard requirements, conduct the tests, take out the samples, and then I will check whether the product quality meets the standards. 
V. Precautions for the Battery Low Pressure Test Machine; 
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is properly plugged in or connected. 
2. When conducting the test, make sure that the security door is properly closed. 
3. The machinery must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust-proof oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. The machine must not be knocked on or occupied by anyone.
