I. Scope of Application for Battery Impact Testing Machine; 
After charging the battery according to the test method specified in 4.5.1, place the battery on the platform surface. Place a 1.58mm ± 0.2mm diameter metal rod horizontally on the upper surface of the geometric center of the battery. Use a 9.1kg ± 0.1kg weight to drop freely from a height of 610mm ± 25mm onto the surface of the battery with the metal rod placed on it, and observe for 6 hours.

V. Operation Method of Battery Impact Testing Machine; 
1. First, install the product in the testing area. 
2. Adjust the limit switches according to the test standards. 
3. After connecting the gas source, turn on the main power supply of the machinery and proceed with the test. 
VI. Notes for Battery Impact Testing Machine; 
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply and air source are connected correctly. 
2. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to get too close to it. 
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust-proof oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. The machine must not be knocked on or occupied by anyone. 
7. The machinery must be grounded.
