During the assembly process of the pressure testing machine, various tools are needed. Among them, the hand saw is mainly used for processing and manufacturing the parts required for assembly, as well as for cutting various oil pipes, etc. When using the hand saw, please pay attention to the following four points:
First, when installing the hand saw, the teeth must face forward, and the tightness should be appropriate. Do not be too tight or too loose, otherwise it is easy to break. 、
Second, the starting angle of the saw should be small (generally around 15 degrees), the stroke should be short, and the pressure should be low.
Third, during the sawing process, apply pressure when pushing the saw, but do not apply pressure when retracting it, and try to utilize the entire length of the saw blade to extend its lifespan.
Fourth, when the workpiece to be sawn is about to break under the pressure tester, the pressure should be light, the speed should be slow, the stroke should be short, and pay attention to the safety of the operator's arms.
Installation:
The pressure testing machine should be installed in a room that is clean, dry, free from vibration and without the influence of corrosive gases. The installation foundation (as shown in Figure 2) should be firmly and reliably placed, and the anchor bolts should align with the base. After the machine is adjusted to be level and installed, clean the anti-rust agent applied to the machined surfaces of the machine with clean and oil-soaked cotton yarn. Then, wipe the surface clean and apply a thin layer of machine oil.
Debugging:
1) Oil filling: Open the rear door and lift the fuel tank cover. Pour the appropriate amount of mechanical oil into the fuel tank until it reaches the oil level mark. Due to temperature changes, the type of oil used may vary. The specifications of the oil to be used are as follows: 1. When the ambient temperature is 15 ± 5℃, use GB443—84 N68 mechanical oil. 2. When the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5℃, use GB443—84 N100 mechanical oil.
2) Electrical connection: Plug the random power plug into the corresponding socket. The power supply is 380V 50Hz.
3) Exhausting air from the oil pump: Open the return oil valve and the oil supply valve. Rotate the power switch (at the back of the control box), connect the machine power supply, display the instrument screen, and after 2 seconds, display the test screen. Press the "Start" button to start the motor. The oil pump begins to work and continues to operate for about one minute before closing the return oil valve. At this time, you can notice that the lower pressing plate slowly rises. After the lower pressing plate rises a certain distance, close the oil supply valve and open the return oil valve. At this point, the lower pressing plate is in a falling state. Repeat the above steps 3 to 4 times to completely eliminate the gas in the system. If it still cannot be eliminated, you can follow the following method to exhaust: After stopping the machine, open the front door, use the random supplied wrench, unscrew the large nut on the front end of the oil pump, then start the machine to drain the oil, until the flowing oil is stable, then shut down the machine, and screw on the nut.
