Therefore, we have summarized the precautions for users during the use of testing machines as follows:
The fixture of the testing machine must be coated with anti-rust oil.
2. Regularly check whether the screws of the jaw are loose and tighten any loose screws in a timely manner.
3. Regularly check whether the connecting wires at the back of the controller are in good contact. However, be careful that the power supply of the controller must be turned off before plugging or unplugging the connecting wire interfaces. The interfaces are properly matched, otherwise it may cause damage to the testing machine.
4. Prolonged power-on of certain equipment may affect its service life. Therefore, if the machine is not in use for an extended period, please turn off both the controller and the computer.
5. A dedicated person must be responsible for maintaining the Hengyi test machine.
