XQ-827 Aging Testing Machine 
I. Application Scope of Aging Test Machine: 
It is mainly used for aging tests of electric hair dryers, curling irons and straightening irons during their long-term operation. It can test parameters such as current, number of tests, duration and test cycle. 
II. Main parameters of the aging testing machine: 
1.Test station: 8 groups (4 groups on each floor) 
2. Four casters, two with universal braking function and two with directional casters. 
3. Function Test: Long-term power-on test is adjustable. 
4. Exhaust air system: 2 sets per unit. 
5. Each workstation operates independently for timekeeping, counting, setting upper and lower current limits, etc. 
6. With power-off data retention function: When the system loses power, it automatically saves the set parameters and the data from the previous operation. After power is restored, it displays the data from the previous operation and can resume from the state before the power outage. 
III. Advantages of the aging testing machine: 
1.This testing machine can be used to test products such as straightening devices, curling devices, and hair dryers. 
2. The product can undergo long-term aging tests. 
3. You can set the timing, counting, upper and lower limits of current, etc. at will. 
4. At the bottom, there are four casters. Two of them are equipped with brakes and are universal casters, while the other two are fixed-direction casters. 
5. The fixture uses universal clamps, which makes it suitable for all three products. 
6. The controller is equipped with an imported 7-inch intelligent color screen and a PLC program independently developed by Xingqiao. 
IV. Structure of the Aging Test Machine: 
1.This testing machine adopts a box-type structure. 
2. The exterior of the box is coated with high-temperature baked paint. 
3. There is an exhaust pipe on the side. 
4. At the bottom, there are four casters. Two of them are equipped with brakes and are universal casters, while the other two are fixed-direction casters. 
5. The product's power connection design is a 220V direct plug-in type, which is convenient for use and quick. 
V. Operating Method of Aging Test Machine: 
1. First, fix the product onto the universal fixture. 
2. After fixing the product, align the product's exhaust port with the mechanical outlet. 
3. This machine is connected to the power supply and is in an operational state. 
4. Enter the intelligent operating system and set the required values. 
5. Once the required value is reached, the machine will automatically stop running, and you can directly observe the test data. 
VI. Notes for Aging Test Machine: 
1.Before conducting the aging test, please make sure that the power is connected correctly. 
2. When installing the product, make sure that the bracket is not loose with any screws or similar issues. If any looseness is found, it must be tightened before conducting the test. 
3. When the aging testing machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to use your hands to block the air outlet of the product and the mechanical air outlet. 
4. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly and lubricating oil must be added at regular intervals. 
5. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
6. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used. 
7. The aging testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. The machine must not be knocked on or occupied by anyone. 
8. The mechanical part of the aging testing machine must be grounded.
