This testing machine is suitable for various types of bicycles, mountain bikes, tricycles, electric vehicles, etc. It can be used for transportation, usage, storage, etc. During these processes, collisions or impacts and vibrations may occur, which may cause the product to malfunction or become unusable after a certain period of time. When transporting the product, due to the load on the wheels, it is often prone to being impacted. The part at the bottom that determines whether the product is placed stably should also have good shock resistance performance.

IV. Operating Procedures for Tire Impact Testing Machine：
1. First, fix the product onto the testing fixture.
2. The machine is powered on and enters the intelligent mode.
3. Weigh out the required amount as per the test requirements.
4. Enter the intelligent operation mode and set the required test height.
5. Conduct the experiment according to the test plan. After the experiment is completed, simply observe and analyze the test results.
V. Precautions for Tire Impact Testing Machine：
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is properly plugged in or connected.
2. Before conducting the test, make sure that the product is properly installed and fixed.
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly.
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used.
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or have anyone stand near it.
7. The machinery must be grounded.
