XQ-UL130 Heat Pad Twisting Fatigue Testing Machine 
I. Application scope of the heating pad fatigue testing machine; 
This testing device mainly conducts twisting tests on the electric heating pad. The machine is equipped with a speed regulating motor and a reducer, along with control components and a counter. Once the preset number of rotations is completed, the machine will automatically stop. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and easy installation of test samples. 
II. Test standards for the thermal pad twisting fatigue tester; 
This electric heating pad testing machine was designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of UL130 standard. 
III. Test Method for Twisting Fatigue Test Machine of Heating Pad; 
The sample electric heating pad was installed horizontally on the equipment using a 60cm clamp. 
The three samples should be able to successfully pass this test. The equipment consists of an electric twisting mechanism and a tension application mechanism. One of the two clamps applies a force of 22N through the tension application mechanism, and the other end is connected to the electric twisting mechanism, rotating 45 degrees clockwise, then 90 degrees counterclockwise, and finally returning to the horizontal position as one cycle. The twisting test is conducted for 6000 cycles for the household pad and 7200 cycles for the hospital pad.

V. Operating Procedures for the Heat Pad Twisting Fatigue Testing Machine; 
1. First, fix the product onto the testing fixture. 
2. The machine is powered on, the main power supply is turned on, and it enters the parameter setting mode. 
3. Set the required values according to the test requirements. 
VI. Precautions for the Heat Pad Twisting Fatigue Testing Machine; 
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is properly plugged in or connected. 
2. Before conducting the test, make sure that the product is properly installed and fixed. 
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use secondary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or have anyone stand near it. 
7. The machinery must be grounded.
