I. Application Scope of Drop Testing Machine： 
This machine is a repetitive drop test machine for mobility vehicles and wheelchair vehicles. The test involves dropping the empty wheelchair or a wheelchair with a certain weight from a certain height a certain number of times. Once the specified number of drops is reached, the machine will automatically stop.
II. Requirements for Drop Testing Machine：
1.It can make the wheelchair vehicle fall from a height of 0 - 100mm ± 5mm onto a rigid horizontal test plate; (standard 50MM)
2. The wheels of the wheelchair can be rotated to avoid the impact of each fall on the same area.
3. Ensure that the wheelchair vehicle remains stationary before each fall.
4. There is a fall counter.
5. Make sure that all the wheels of the wheelchair hit the ground simultaneously each time it falls.
6. The wheelchair vehicle should be able to automatically lift and lower the wheelchair.

V. Structure of the Drop Test Machine：

4. The control section is equipped with independent electrical appliances from the instrument panel, making the operation simple, easy to learn and understand.
VI. Operating Procedures for Drop Test Machine：
1.Adjust the width of the frame according to the size of the sample.
2. Lock the wheelchair with a chain.
3. Install the counterweight blocks.
4. Connect the air source, power on the machinery, and set the desired test values.
5. Once the preset value is reached, the machinery will automatically shut down.
VII. Notes for the Drop Test Machine：
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply or gas source is properly plugged in or connected.
2. Before conducting the test, make sure that the product is properly installed and fixed.
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly.
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used.
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or have anyone stand near it.
7. The machinery must be grounded.
