XQ-902 Mobile Phone Micro-Drop Test Machine
I. Purpose：
This machine is a dedicated equipment for conducting reciprocating drop fatigue tests on small electronic products. Its structure is ingenious, reasonable and unique. It has sufficient applicability for different types of mobile phones and finished small electrical appliances. The equipment features stable operation, low noise, and no need for manual supervision. It simulates the action of the tested items being gently dropped onto the desktop or the ground during actual use, thereby evaluating the product's drop resistance performance. It is mainly used for product micro-drop experimental tests.
II. Testing Method：
Manually place the product onto the drop panel of the reset fixture → The two reset cylinders push the barrier to reset the product and move it back → The motor drives the lifting mechanism to descend → The clamping fixture clamps the product → The lifting mechanism rises to the set height and releases the fixture → The product freely falls, repeating this action for the test. After completing the test as required, check the overall performance of the mobile phone.
