XQ-817CL Wire Bending and Swinging Life Testing Machine (Single Station)
I. Product Overview;
This testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as UL540 and UL817. It is mainly used for testing the swaying lifespan of wire materials, plug power cords, and for use by quality inspection departments of manufacturers of small household appliances.
This machine is equipped with an intelligent touch screen for full Chinese-English operation and display. It can intelligently adjust parameters such as angle, speed, frequency, starting point, signal on/off/stop, and signal alarm indication.
The main hardware is composed of precise hybrid servo motors, servo drivers, self-developed PLC by Starjoy, and a 7-inch color intelligent touch screen imported from Taiwan. It features high precision, low noise and long lifespan.
