III. Main parameters of the battery short-circuit testing machine:
1.The size of a single explosion-proof box is 500*500*500mm.
2. Adjustable distance of the short-circuit test fixture: 30 - 80 MM
3. Short circuit test duration: Adjustable from 0.1 seconds to 30 seconds.
4. Inner box material: 1.5mm thick iron plate, steel spray-painted and lacquered treatment
5. Outer box material: Cold-rolled steel, treated with powder coating and paint finish;
6. The box is divided into the main box and the doors/windows.
7. The explosion-proof door is equipped with 300X300 explosion-proof glass. Through the glass, one can observe the battery testing conditions inside the box.
8. The explosion-proof door is connected to the box body by strong hinges, and is further secured with an explosion-proof lock.
9. Insulating rubber is laid at the bottom of the test chamber to prevent external short circuits of the battery and also to avoid false short circuits during the test.
10. A high-brightness energy-saving lamp is installed on the top of the box, illuminating the entire testing area.
11. A powerful exhaust fan is installed at the back of the box. When smoke parameters are detected, the smoke can be discharged outside the box.
