Homework Steps:

1. Place the end of the welded terminal base on the left fixture and clamp it tightly. Then insert the terminal plug with the soldered connection wires into the specimen. Open the right fixture, manually rotate the disc, and when it reaches the maximum travel, check if the right fixture can clamp the specimen.
